Overview
DJ AK21 Entertainment is committed to providing high-quality digital products, rental equipment, and DJ services. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds and cancellations may be processed.
Digital Products
All sales of digital songs and other digital products are final. Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once a purchase is completed. Please ensure that all purchases are reviewed before completing the transaction.
Rental Equipment
We rent hardware equipment for lighting, displays, and other event needs. Once the rental agreement is signed and the equipment is delivered, no refunds will be issued. We ensure that all equipment is in working condition before delivery. Any issues must be reported immediately upon receipt. Cancellations must be made at least 10 days before the scheduled delivery date to qualify for a refund. Equipment returned late may incur additional fees, as outlined in your rental agreement.
DJ Services
Our DJ services are booked in advance to ensure availability and quality. Once a booking is confirmed, no refunds will be issued. A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking, which is non-refundable. Full payment is due 5 days before the event. If you need to cancel the service, you must do so at least 10 days before the scheduled event to avoid being charged in full. Any cancellations made after this period will not be eligible for a refund.
Cancellation Policy
- Digital Products: As all sales are final, cancellations are not applicable for digital products.
- Rental Equipment: Cancellations must be made at least 10 days before the scheduled delivery date. Cancellations made after this period will not be eligible for a refund.
- DJ Services: Cancellations must be made at least 30 days before the scheduled event date. Cancellations made after this period will not be eligible for a refund.
If DJ AK21 Entertainment must cancel a service for reasons outside your control, such as equipment failure, health issues, or unexpected events, we will offer a full refund or reschedule at no additional cost.
Force Majeure
In the case of events beyond our control (including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, acts of terrorism, or severe weather conditions), DJ AK21 Entertainment reserves the right to cancel services without liability. In such cases, a full refund will be provided for any payments made for undelivered services. However, deposits or payments for work already completed may not be refundable.
Exceptions
In rare cases, exceptions to this policy may be made at the sole discretion of DJ AK21 Entertainment. Any such exceptions will be considered on a case-by-case basis and must be requested in writing. Exceptions may include medical emergencies, unforeseen travel restrictions, or other verified circumstances.
